Flashback to the hottest day of last summer (which for me really is a nice thought because the older I get the less I like the cold). Ashley and Mike’s summer wedding at The Cork Factory in Lancaster, PA was a stunner. Her Christina Wu wedding gown was the perfect fit with her Badgley Mischka shoes and his Calvin Klein tux. It was a beautiful mix of luxurious details with personalized and unique Etsy artist creations.
We snuck away to the Lancaster County Central Park for their first look. With the most adorable little white house at the Rockford Plantation as our backdrop, Ashley made her way around the corner and Mike spun around for the first look at his bride. His reaction was priceless and I couldn’t help but marvel at how cool, calm, and collected they were and yet excitement pumped through their veins.
Lilly and I had photographed Ashley and Mike the previous year for their engagement session (CLICK HERE TO SEE!) and we knew it would be just like that day. Easy. Relaxed. Fun. And full of love. And it was. Their entire day was just so full of love and it was one of those weddings that we didn’t want to leave.
Scroll through for all the beauty and make sure to check out the most amazing reception entrance I’ve ever had the honor to capture (disclaimer: no one caught on fire during the entrance of the bride and groom.)
