While in the midst of wedding season, it seems absolutely impossible to blog as much as we’d like to. The last couple of months have been filled with beautiful couples, stunning venues, deep emotions, and scrumptious wedding food. It is hard to find a quiet moment to sit and write down your thoughts in between editing marathons, coffee runs, and wedding day coverage. However, this vintage inspired beauty from May has been on our hearts for a while now and we just had to carve out some time to share it with you. Where to even begin though? Anna and Conor got married on top of a mountain at the breathtaking Pisgah Alter and celebrated their union with friends and family on the grounds of the Guesthouse on the Isle of Que in Selinsgrove, PA. The day was full of beautiful details like the first look the two shared by the river, the pastel color palette that was chosen for the day, and the impressive naked cake that was baked by the grooms mother. The love they have for one another and the anticipation of their big day was unmistakable. Lilly and I loved adventuring around on the Isle of Que with Anna and Conor for some intimate and private moments together (read: as intimate and private as it can get with two crazy photographer ladies following you around gasping and cheering at all of the gorgeousness haha). We thought they couldn’t get any more amazing, but then the mountain top ceremony happened and our jaws dropped. The backdrop was nothing short of amazing and we loved how involved everyone was. Conor’s dad not only officiated the ceremony, but also serenaded us with his guitar. We even got to witness a tradition new to us in which the couples’ wedding bands were passed around from row to row so all of the guests could put their blessing on them. After the ceremony everyone travelled to the Isle of Que for a celebration by the river. We had a blast getting to photograph not only the stunning couple, but the amazing creations by all of the talented vendors who had a part in making Anna and Conor’s day as amazing as it was. A huge thank you to Jacqueline Dziadosz Invitations and Designs for the beautiful invitations and programs. Make Up by Cait and the Brick House Hair Salon did a fantastic job at enhancing everyone’s natural beauty and they were easily complimented by the stunning floral designs of Rine’s Florist and Greenhouse. And thank you to Anna and Conor for having Lilly and I on your beautifully stunning wedding day! We hope you enjoy this peek into their day and can feel the love they share!
